Very friendly and courteous staff. Motorbike section busy and understaffed (staff absence) hence a 15 minute wait to hand over my bike keys for a tyre change and a service. Unfortunately the wrong tyre had been supplied so wasn't fitted. Very good amenities for customers awaiting their vehicles.

Had a saftey recall on my 320d today. As It came up on the I drive that it was leaking bmw assist told me they could pick my car up from my place of work.I booked it in to be picked up on Monday 8 to 11am. 11am came and went. I phoned bmw assist and they had no record on there system that I've pre booked.They eventually...
