Booked time off work to view a property for no one to show up and when called they said they had emailed and tried to call. Not me U didn't! Very unprofessional wouldn't use or recommend.

Wendy and her team at Black Cat are honestly the only people you will ever want to use to look after your property. As someone who has dealt with lots of other agents before, their service is leagues ahead of the others and I wouldn’t trust anyone else after using them.

What an awful estate agent from a tenant perspective, i was with black cat for a year in total. Estate Agent didnt communicate with us effectively.
