Hotel staff are very friendly but had to wait over an hour for checking in as their system was down, twice in two days now at two different hotels in different counties. Also wifi is a joke, it's a hotel where I have phones on two different networks not getting signal. I used the free WiFi and that was terrible so I paid for the ultimate WiFi and that dropped out continuously every 30 minutes I had to sign back into the network. I actually moved to a different hotel after the 1st night of the this. They would have a 5* on account of their staff but everything else was well below average.

I have used Kate at Premier Plus twice to assist me with mortgage advise and both times she has been super helpful, responsive to all my queries and actively looks for the best rate possible which is so important in the current climate! I would also recommend Hannah and Helen who have also been really helpful throughout the house purchase process. We have used Premier Plus several times over the years and I must say that every time we do they seem to sort out all of our queries and concerns. Most recently we spoke to Perry who once again gave us the advice and reassurance we needed. Absolutely brilliant service.

Hannah Fox was our mortgage advisor and was absolutely brilliant. As we are first time buyers, we had many questions and she answered all of them. If there was anything we still didn?t understand, she was always at the end of the phone to advise us and we could not have hoped for anyone else to help us through this experience. We encountered many hurdles during our initial mortgage application and Hannah kept us motivated and stuck by us until we finally received our mortgage offer. Hannah is truly an asset to Premier Plus and we will continue to keep in touch with her if we require anything further. The company as a whole was recommended to us by family and going forward, we will continue to use the service provided as it is exceptional including everyone we have had contact with.
