Hotel staff are very friendly but had to wait over an hour for checking in as their system was down, twice in two days now at two different hotels in different counties. I have used Kate at Premier Plus twice to assist me with mortgage advise and both times she has been super helpful, responsive to all my queries and actively looks for the best rate possible which is so important in the current climate! I would also recommend Hannah and Helen who have also been really helpful throughout...
