Phones never answered, they do not keep to their word. Keep requesting medication from my GP that I have not asked for and have asked to be cancelled every month. Terrible. Used to be brilliant but will now avoid at all costs.

What's the point in having a phone if it's never answered. Calling 50 odd times ( not exaggerating) and don't answer once. A number of times there hasn't been stock of what we needed and also times when we have been given something different

Never actually answers the telephone no matter what time of day you call. But very happy to switch it to answerphone for the close during mid day
