Waited yet again 54(!) minutes to get through to be told they're closed for half the day and have no appointments left and to ring 111, go to the walk-in centre to wait 4+ hours to be seen, or see a pharmacist, which defies the point of having a GP surgery in the first place. Saw the nurse practitioner who was incredibly friendly and reassuring. Great to have someone with dermatology experience at the centre. Overall, Paston and Werrington health centres have been great - friendly nurses and receptionists. I’ve never had a problem getting appointments.

Really friendly reception team, always happy to help. GP's have changed a bit but good service always follows, nurses are fabulous!
