initially blown away by the size and very intrigued, i decided to pop into this tesco. absolutely huge with a variety of stock & so many amenities in here. unfortunately my personal experience has impacted my initial positive view. went to purchase some nizoral shampoo that was on the shelf, it wasn’t permitted as a sale... read full comment

Having just read some of the reviews on here about the staff at Tesco Serpentine, I feel I had to write a review. The patience I have witnessed by staff in the store when dealing with rude customers is amazing. I appreciate that everybody feels in a rush these days but to be rude towards staff doing their jobs is unacceptable.
