Really unhelpful customer service today. The staff couldn’t complete a refund by looking up the order number or address. Staff are not able to clearly communicate what they need in order to complete a refund. Apparently they can do nothing without a specific bar code. Visited River island today at serpentine green around 18.30, looking for a suit for my son for his prom, he went to the changing rooms to try on the trousers to be told by the staff that the changing rooms are closed because they were closing soon( even though there was still 25 mins til closing) we were a little confused... read full comment
