Absolutely useless. My mortgage was passed on to another bank. I didn't find out until I was called by the other bank! About a mortgage I had no idea had moved to the other bank! I tried to contact Metrobank about this to confirm what had happened and was completely ignored passing my complaint onto the new bank! If you... read full comment

Shocking service. Used to be welcoming and helpful. I needed to change the surname on my account, man at the desk eye rolled and asked me to wait. I had my newborn with me and waited 20 mins still no one came to assist. Ended up walking out and going to Yorkshire building society around the corner. Opened a new account... read full comment
