Absolutely useless. My mortgage was passed on to another bank. I didn't find out until I was called by the other bank! About a mortgage I had no idea had moved to the other bank! Shocking service. Used to be welcoming and helpful. I needed to change the surname on my account, man at the desk eye rolled and asked me to wait. I had my newborn with me and waited 20 mins still no one came to assist. Ended up walking out and going to Yorkshire building society around the corner. Opened a new account... read full comment
