“When it initially opened, the service was first-rate. I have noticed a decline in customer service since after the pandemic. Never had to wait, and the personnel was always welcoming. These days you need to look around hoping that someone has noticed you. Having said that, I'm glad it opened when all the banks were closed. That is the only reason I use their service.”

“I would have given Yorkshire Bank a one-star review before it switches to Virgin Money, but it has subsequently improved. The only comment is that the personnel should recognise their regulars. They don't seem to recognise me every time I go in. I recently realised that they had changed their entire staff. Hopefully, the new staff will recognise their regulars better.”

“I must say I am a satisfied customer. I went to this branch and the gentleman I spoke to solved my inquiry in a very fast way. I needed to find a specific transaction dated from 3 years ago although I'm no longer a customer he was able to find my old account and my payment. He printed and stamped it for me. Great stuff.”
