Needs more attention to client needs. Ask before including sauces to salads or other dishes, better still add in pot, on side of dish. Getting sidetracked when serving is not good customer service, e.g special diet requirement menus should be attended to at same time as other members of party. The Fox and Hounds is a really nice looking pub inside and out. It wasn't very busy when we went but still struggled to get a parking space. The service was good although there was nowhere near enough staff so they were run off their feet which made you feel uneasy. This also probably didn't help the atmosphere which... read full comment
