    I'm sorry to say I had a poor experience in store. There was one person working who was chatting to a customer at the front of the store. I later realised she was getting ready to do a piercing.     Awful service. Such a shame because the store is lovely. Went inside before to be told I could not refund something. It wasn't the fact that I couldn't refund that product that bothered me, more so the way in which the lady said she could not give me her name due to Data Protection.     My daughter Lady had her 8th birthday party in there today it was amazing all 9 of the children absolutely loved it both Kerry's did an amazing job and kept the girls entertained would highly recommend it thanks again Maisie
