Waited in line for 40 minutes to buy a couple of DVD's

Went in to buy some PS1/2 games, specifically at this store since they were in stock on the website for this store specifically, and after not being able to find them I asked a staff member who told me most of the boxes get nicked. Not very useful considering they’re still flagged as being in stock on the website but... read full comment

I’m not quite sure why the staff are so rude and uncommunicative. I went in and said hello to the chap serving me and he didn’t respond. I asked him for some assistance to which he gave a non verbal answer. Looking at other reviews this seems to be quite commonplace at this particular store.
