I don't recommend it. Whenever I came in, I always had to wait at least 20 minutes. Once, I was a few minutes late, and they canceled my appointment. So, no thanks, I switched to SpecSavers and I'm very happy.

Large boots store. However the concession beauty counters never seem to have staff working them. Also this boots store is always low on stock. The self service tills are never too busy and it’s hard to find a free member of staff when you need help with something. Good for emergency beauty purchases, however it’s better... read full comment
