“Tremendous service from Charlene in the Peterborough store today. I had never been inside a Lush store before and was looking for something I could take on a walking holiday to use in a bath - I only have a shower at home. Charlene took the time to both explain and demonstrate the difference between a bath bar and a bath bomb and then helped me decide what smells suited me best. All with a lovely smile and a welcoming tone of voice. A very personal service - thank you.”
