“A little pricey but good service received.Initial call, was a little hard to understand but wanted the location via WhatsApp pin, and tyre size and reg number.I sent the pin and then liaised via whatsappPrice was £249+VAT.1hr response time quoted.Sent picture of the tyre size.Called me back to take card payment over the phone, then emailed me a receipt.Was very responsive over WhatsApp.I asked for updated eta at 1hr and he said 10 mins out which was accurate.Arrived, and replaced the tyre very quickly done within 15mins and back on the road.”

“Wednesday 23.8.23 I drove in quite late yesterday evening with brake problems. The gentleman at the desk kindly helped me - he looked at my brakes and told me that I needed new brakes. He ordered them there and then and said he hoped to get my car on the road by mid morning if all being well. He advised me not to drive my car so I had to leave it there. Im so grateful for his advice.Thursday 24.8.23 Ethan called me at 11 a.m. to say my car was ready for me to collect. “Thank you for your excellent service!I ran into some tyre trouble on the A14 with my brother and 4 year old son in the car, honestly I was very stressed at this point as I still had 90miles left to drive that day, we phoned around some places and all I seemed to get was "we are very busy" or "there will be a long wait" until we phoned Ian's, we managed to get the car to his garage and although it was very busy they got us in, in good time. At this point he could have charged me anything as I was stuck with a child miles from home, but no a simple cheap repair is all that was required and all I was asked to pay.I could keep typing about how great the service was but to describe in one word - amazing.Thank you again to Ian and his team”
