“Visited them twice recently, first time on a Saturday afternoon when they got me back on the road after a blow out by contacting another of their sites who had the correct tyre, second time today to have tracking checked. Booked for 3.30pm on line which is exactly what time my car was put on the ramp, staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.”

“The water coolant warning light flashed on but when I tried to open the bonnet, the release was jammed. Jack at Halfords managed to prise the bonnet open with a screwdriver. He then fixed the release and checked the car engine to make sure everything was running smoothly. I’m really grateful and want to thank Jack for such amazing service. “I had my Audi A3 booked in for new wheels and brake pads and discs (rear & front) on Friday 26th of Jan. That morning I got a migraine and couldn't drive my car in. I called and Brian was so friendly and helpful and rescheduled me in for Monday 29th of Jan, as i was concerned and needed my car sorted asap. Today I collected my car and was amazed at the customer service Brian gave me. There had been a lot of issues with my brakes (because another mechanic had done a quick fix-it job and made the issue worse). Brian went above the call of duty and has sorted everything out and also explained exactly what had happened. His time and quality of customer service is really appreciated!
