“Amazing service! Imogen (I hope I spelled your name correctly) is an asset to this company! I called on Saturday and explained what my issue is and that I wasn’t sure what treatment should I select for my heels. She very quickly explained all my options in a calm and very confident manner. This gave me assurance that I will be leaving my expensive shoes with an expert. I dropped them off on Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday I got a call that they are ready. The toes are redone and I don’t need to worry about ruining the leather anymore. I can enjoy them again. I will definitely be bringing more pairs that need some love. I originally didn’t consider Timpson due to some unfaltering reviews but I am so happy I gave it a go. She could easily tell me the whole sole needs replacing and I would go for it, but she assessed the shoes and recommended toes only which I’m assuming saved me some money. I believe the service is reasonably priced (if you want to take good care of your more expensive shoes), the customer service is fantastic and I think they just gained a customer for life. I’m so thrilled I think I will take my dry cleaning there too! Thank you Imogen!Update: I brought 2 more pairs after the fantastic service I encountered. Got toes redone on my Gianvito Rossi’s and got rubber sole for Christian Louboutin’s these are not only protecting my shoes but also add good grip!”
