I needed a key for my post box and your sales associate cut the key but was a bit unsure if the key would work as it was a bit thicker than the original key. I was prepared to take a chance on the key working and was prepared to pay for the key. Your sales associate decided to give me the key so that I could take it home, to check it out and said that if it did work, to pop into the shop on my next shop with the key and I could pay.I am going back to the shop today and pay for the key and shake his hand.Excellent customer service and trust.
