Everything works so no 1 star but still, actively unpleasant to use now.

Staff keeps selling tickets for the self-service car wash even though it doesn't work - I'm not happy especially considering that you market yourself with your Karcher car wash! Had high expectations that were not met.

Car wash scratched my car - can clearly tell this is from the wheel brushes as how uniform the scratch is. The staff didn’t seem helpful regarding the issue saying it’s not from the car wash - I did manage to polish 75% of it out but still annoying. Jetwash is always broken.
