“Four generations of our family spent a very pleasant couple of hours enjoying Afternoon Tea at this very busy and very quaint Tearoom near the river at Ely.
We had a lovely time. The food and drinks were top quality. The service was great.
Well worth the wait outside the front door waiting for the appropriate seating for our group to become available. ?”

“Didn't stay but had dinner. Lovely chatty hosts. There was plenty of space, not too crowded. Special combo for burger and beer was a good deal. Handy to the shops and cathedral, parking just behind. Recommended by locals too, which is always a good sign.”

“Spent 4 nights in this hotel, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the rooms were clean and warm, but did show some wear. Getting into Ely centre by foot means crossing a pedestrian unfriendly roundabout, but the walk doesn't take that long. Service staff very friendly and helpful. WiFi costs £3 a day, 2 devices max.Walkability: It is difficult to cross the nearby roundabout as there is no pelican crossing”
