“Tracey at the Ely branch was really helpful. I was unable to sign forms on my app due to an app error but was able to come into the branch to sign these. Tracey was able to talk me through everything and also helped me set up life insurance whilst I was there as well which is something I had been meaning to do for a while.It just shows how valuable it is to have the physical branches and great staff. “I was a little disappointed to be directed to the machine rather then the open cashier, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, coming over to help me which was kind. It got quite busy and the wonderfully eccentric branch manager(?) came out to help and amuse people which was funny and impressive.”
