He was truly professional , empathising with me , getting other departments in nationwide ( that were lacking ) involved, and finally getting the problem resolved . Nick kept me updated regularly. “On 22 March 2023, I experienced a very good service from Mr Hamish Robb of HSBC UK Branch at Cambridge CB2 3BZ. When I approached him to enquire about my blocked access to my digital banking account/mobile banking app, he was very helpful and patient to listen to my issue. He checked and helped to find a way to solve my problem. He helped me to phone the relevant department as well as to act as a translater for my language barrier to communicate with his colleague on the phone. Well my issue was dealt with and solved under Hamish's help. I genuinely thank him so much for his kindness and sincerity to help and his willingness to provide an effective way to deal with the issue.Meanwhile I really appreciate his courteous and patient work manner which is a very good way to show the hospitality of the bank service. Lastly I wish him a prosperous future in his career.”

There were several elderly and confused people in the bank whilst I was there and all the staff were very respectful and took as much time with them as was needed. I found my own transaction was smooth and efficient and the teller friendly, nice to bank face to face and not just a machine or online.”

“I've used this post office exclusively during my time in Cambridge and have never had a bad experience. Sure, there may be a line of people ahead of me, but that's not the fault of the staff. The person who monitors entry will try to help when they are able to do so, often times they will show one how to use the self-service desk or assist in other ways that prevents one from having to go to a live person. When I've had to go to a live person, each has been helpful and pleasant, even when I've done something idiotic.”
