“I've used this post office exclusively during my time in Cambridge and have never had a bad experience. Sure, there may be a line of people ahead of me, but that's not the fault of the staff. The person who monitors entry will try to help when they are able to do so, often times they will show one how to use the self-service desk or assist in other ways that prevents one from having to go to a live person. When I've had to go to a live person, each has been helpful and pleasant, even when I've done something idiotic.”

“Fantastic experience at the Barclays Bank. Jamie was specifically helpful during my scheduled appointment (available to book online). Automated cheque machine now makes it easier and quicker too to lodge money in any of your chosen accounts. Overall very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend over any other bank.”

“Writing this review based on my experience 28th August. I went to the bank looking to setup my eldest child's first account. A member of staff took my details and put us in a queue for an advisor. The bank was busier than normal, and we probably waited around 15mins to be seen. Possibly slightly longer but not by much. The advisor we had to help guide my son with setting up his account was fabulous. She took into consideration his additional needs, and explained everything so clearly. It made everything so much easier for myself and my son. We got his account setup, and now good to go.
As I said the bank was busy, and there was a queue for both the cashiers and advisors. There were 2 cashiers working and a slight queue had built up. Whilst there was probably double the number of advisors working.
I left the bank, very happy with our experience and the way it had been handled”

“Always had a good experience and helpful staff.

Heard complaints of opening times are less. Some online banks don’t even have branches.

Most people in the bank are wasting time and resources. most things easily done on the app or call.

And if you don’t have phone or internet. Why are you in a bank? Well maybe it’s better you stay away from a bank ?”
