The worst Zara I have ever been too. The staff were so rude, One girl in particular on the fitting rooms, her attitude was disgusting not only to me but to others and dragging the clothes across the shop floors. The queue took that long I had to pay for a taxi to get back to the station as I now didn't have enough time... read full comment
