Booking mess-up on arrival with booking showing for 1 night (we'd booked 2). I'd actually called twice to check the booking was correct, as our 2-night stay was showing as 2 bookings. Basic and poor service Double charged me. Never answer phone (I mean never) 2 weeks, numerous emails, numerous unanswered phone calls and still no refund despite sending bank statements as evidence.
