The choices are generally good but the entire store is absolutely filthy I mean caked in dirt and black dust on the floors and the restaurant is horrendously dirty that's really not good

Availability was poor across fresh areas and with all the roof tiles missing makes the store very unsightly for customers

Recently I have bought some bad quality stuff. Fed up complaining about it .... so not buying it from waitrose any more.
