Team were not corporative they seems not working as one approach, The staff member who processed my request initially was got busy with other customer that is fine and he was quite friendly and good. Battled traffic through cambridge during half marathon to go to cambridge Vodaphone only to find they are closed nothing on website or shop front to state this. So got my new phone and contract from O2 better value and I have a phone that works
