PORCELANOSA in general is a good company/brand to buy bathroom or just tiles from. We have visited the showroom a few times and Justyna helped us to find the right products for Bathroom and the ground floor tiles. Justyna is a very polite and welcoming person who is very patient and answers all of our queries well. Justyna had good knowledge of the products we asked about and never hesitates. Not to mention, Justyna is very prompt, whether it is replying to our emails or asking her in person. This has led to us buying the best quality possible without any second thoughts. We will be getting our bathroom tiles, vanity units and the mirror delivered on the first week of Jan 2024 and we are eagerly waiting for it.

I ordered several items for our bathrooms renovation only to receive al of them with defects. We decided to accept some but reach out for the showe tray and one of the worktops as both have chips and marks. After 2 weeks we are still waiting. I'd never have expected to receive such poor packaging and so many defects on expensive products from this brand Now our whole project is pushed back and costing us money. Trust local brands and suppliers

If I could give 0 starts I would- completely appalling service from the Cambridge branch and no desire/ urgency to respond & rectify their mistakes. At no point have the team apologised despite the fact they failed to order the right quantity of floor tiles, wall tiles or grout. We have now discovered they ordered a base for our vanity unit instead of a worktop, which means we have to wait 4-6 weeks for the right part to arrive. We are left without functional bathroom and very angry builders. Not worth the money.

The tiles at Porcelanosa are beautiful, but the customer service is appalling considering the premium price you pay.We chose some tiles available at the Cambridge showroom and the sales person inputted the wrong code in the order. By the time we realized the mistake, the builder had already fitted them.When you are dealing with a high-end provider you would expect that they would deal with the costs we incurred because of their mistake. Quite the opposite, not only we need to cover the cost of replacing the tiles, but we also have to pay for the new tiles!!

Fantastic customer experience from my first phone call to the final order going through. Justyna was brilliant and kept me updated with regular emails and followed through on all my enquiries about VAT relief for disabled customers, liaising with accounts and getting it all arranged. So rare nowadays to find such good customer service. Big Christmas bonus for Justyna please, Porcelanosa!

I was helped by a very earnest and eager to please Staff Member who hauled out tiles and listened to my specifications although the tile I wanted was not laid on the shop floor. She was very patient and tried to grasp what I specifically wanted with no hesitation - keeping in mind how large floor tiles are. The person serving was Tanya and she is in the Croydon Branch. She did not tell me what I wanted but gently advised pointing out various pros and cons. I was very pleased with her Service and all her subsequent communications. The result was that I acquired the tile I actually wanted and am settled in my mind that I have made the right choice. Good front line service is essential - in my opinion - and I received this. The tiles are also of good quality - important as they will be laid across all of my downstairs home.

My son and his girlfriend visited the Cambridge branch at the weekend. They were met with indifference initially and then by an assistant who told they they didn?t really supply toilets and basins just for a downstairs loo as they mostly dealt with people who bought three or four bathrooms. The female assistant also pointedly said that Porcelanosa?s goods were very expensive. Her whole demeanour seemed judgemental . Surely your company are not suggesting that customers bring proof of earnings with them . That would be utter unjustified snobbery.Before you reply with a generic offer of help etc I will mention that the person I recounted this to by phone today was understanding and offered to investigate . My suggestion would be better staff training and an improved attitude as there are other high quality bathroom manufacturers out there. Meanwhile I hope if you visit the Cambridge branch, you get better service. Oh and don?t forget to by several bathrooms??

Can?t go wrong with Porcelanosa tiles. Great quality.Thank you to Tanya the showroom consultant at the Croydon branch for helping to make the challenge of redesigning our property so much easier. She understood what we were looking for and gave great advise, without being pushy, eventually leading us to the perfect floor and wall tiles that fit seamlessly into the property but also adding the extra character we were looking for.Great experience all round.Highly recommended

Lovely range of tiles but appalling customer service the two staff in the store couldn't be bothered to help serve us, even though we were the only customers. Would use any other store where the staff can be bothered we will be trying the Norwich store instead.

It?s a great showroom. Staff perhaps a bit pre-occupied but I?m not surprised. Negotiating the detail of huge product range to compile the sale is quite a task. Ours was completed efficiently and effectively. We add that it is almost impossible to shop online if you need info, so the shoo is a boon, and very smart.
