I ordered several items for our bathrooms renovation only to receive al of them with defects. If I could give 0 starts I would- completely appalling service from the Cambridge branch and no desire/ urgency to respond & rectify their mistakes. At no point have the team apologised despite the fact they failed to order the right quantity of floor tiles, wall tiles or grout. We have now discovered they ordered a base...
