I love this shop, the guy that runs it is always cheerful, cares about his customers always putting them first and asking after their family.
He goes the extra mile, and this is what all shops in communities should be modelled on.

Horrible experience shopping there. I was buying a drink and this woman rudely told me to pull up my sleeves assuming I'm a shoplifter. I took my jacket off and proved I stole nothing. The disgusting thing is she never had the decency to apologise. Totally unacceptable behaviour and shocking customer service. She should...
