This my local outlet but is such a disappointment to the franchise. Every time I go there I get sent to a bay to wait for the order. This time, not even the drinks were given to me at the window. Food is often missing from the order and the food is often cold. It's a real shame and none of the staff seem to care. I assume... read full comment

Feel absolutely robbed by the private parking company hear charging £100 to stay for over an hour. Beware - do NOT stay longer than an hour (i.e. don't buy your children mcflurries and stay a little longer). I understand this is not McDonalds but MET Parking but unfortunately, this made the meal, service etc not worth... read full comment
