If I took ownership of this fine establishment, I'd get rid of the first "window" where you order over a mic and speaker. I'd simply have the window where you pay and receive your goods. The manager and staff need sacking and the place closed down, beyond useless staff, always stone cold, food always looks like its thrown in the boxes! We are paying customers and demand better!
