I used the shop for click and collect and I was very disappointed. I received a text/email from Yodel that my parcel was available April 12 4pm. At 6pm, they couldn't locate my parcel. I went back 24 hours later. They still couldn't find the parcel. Their system seemed chaotic at best. I asked them to have a proper look... read full comment
