Christopher, was incredibly helpful with assisting in withdrawing my savings contributed by family. Gave amazing advice and great insight into banking careers. All round a lovely chap with the best customer service ive ever received from a bank!

The cashier at the tills was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She had no customer service skills and she tried to send me to a cash machine when i wanted to do it in person, she has absolutely no clue about counting money and I had to remind her MULTIPLE times of the denominations of £40 in 2 £10s 2 £5s and 10 1 pound... read full comment
