It feels like this store is some kind of a disaster: no plan or scheme at all. Things are separated by brand and that's all, hence it's difficult to understand where womens clothes are, where mens, where unisex. No signs at all. Is it expected that I can understand that by looking at the jacket or brand name or colour?...

Went above and beyond resolving ill fitting ski boots, very knowledgeable, patient and pulled out all the stops to adjust my boots. Credit where credit is due, the staff at this Ellis Brigham store are a credit to this company. Highly recommended .
