“James- Till operator.Good evening. Me and my husband were passing through Olney this afternoon when we popped into Tesco Express for some snacks before hitting the road again. Amongst our shopping were a pack of strawberries for £2.20. We went to pay and James (Tall lad with brown wavy hair) was super friendly and recommended we spend a little more (£3) on a box of them by the flowers. He said that he had some and they were really tasty and rated them as a product. He showed us where they were and we were sold. He did not disappoint- they were amazing- the best we had in years. It’s hard to find someone who values their job and he worked to sell them, vouching for your products. He could’ve simply scanned them in and let us leave, but he clearly took pride in his work. He was really polite and helpful- so much that I felt it important to mention to his employers. Please pass on our thanks. Great guy”

“The Lavendon shop offers what you want in your local shop and features a Post Office too. There is an in-store bakery with a good selection of fresh ? bread. The usual staple items you need from milk, cornflakes, washing liquid and stationery items as well as some fresh and frozen foods. There is an off-licence with a good selection. It's really quite a well stocked shop and the opening hours are long enough to mean you can pop in and stock up every day.”

“Staff definitely go the extra mile in terms of customer service - you can send a registered letter at 7pm on a Sunday! How's that for a post office service! I will continue to support them due to the quality of their staff and the value they place on service”
