I bought a large dog tag at Timpsons in April and had it engraved with phone numbers etc. Six months later the details have worn away (..on fur? How does that happen?) The guy said people brought them back all the time for the same reason. He would not engrave it again unless I paid again. Surely it would be an idea to...
