“Timpson at Morrison Milton Keynes. Monty was at the desk and he went above and beyond to help me with my watch. A specialised watch shop in the centre of MK could not understand what Monty did! It looked that my watch had a battery to change, but even after changing the battery it was not working, the specialised shop for watches in MK center said it was broken, nothing to be done, very expensive to repeaer, better to return it to the factory and ask them. Instead I went to Timpson, with little hope, just for a second opinion and Monty discovered there were two batteries to change, not only one and so he was able to resuscitate my loved watch! Monty, very professional, competent and honest! Thank you very much!!!”

“Had some leather stitching done on a pair of Alpinestars motorcycle boots. Spent a week riding all day every day and they’ve held up great. Stitching was blended in with the factory stuff seamlessly.
Would recommend calling ahead prior to leather stitching, the 4 Timpsons prior to this one either didn’t have the right machine, or it was broken.”
