The shop is of a decent size and has a good choice. Unfortunately the staff and managers have an appalling attitude to customer service and customers are treated with utter contempt. An unpleasant shopping experience overall.

The store is a joke, it's the biggest one probably in UK and yet there's no returns in store allowed for online orders.

I had to return an item to this Sports Direct store in the Milton Keynes shopping centre. The item was a little over the return date, and the lady who served me was very helpful.
