Lady (or what ever it identified as) behind the till wasnt helpful at all. I had booked a fitting but she was couldn't be bothered to help and seemed a massive effort just to find my name. Went to suits direct across the way and was greeted, welcomed and measured. Within 10 minutes I left with a suit.

We had a good experience with the store. My husband hired a suit for our son’s wedding and the service we received from measurements to pickup went very smoothly.

Absolutely appalling experience. I placed a click and collect order on the 1st of this month, and over 12 days later, I’ve still received no notification that it’s ready. I’ve emailed them three times, and all I get in response is that it’s been delayed — with no explanation or resolution. No one ever answers...
