83“I have a 3 broadband box that developed a fault about a month ago, after numerous back and fourths with live chat and the customer service number who were rude and unhelpful I decided to visit my local store, Brandon who helped us was amazing, he ran tests for us which confirmed a fault with the box, we then had to call customer service again who were even ruder this time round popped back in and went through the call with Brandon who confirmed customer service were being unhelpful and helped us sort a complaint, although my situation is still not fully resolved I'm very impressed and grateful to Brandon and his team for the outstanding service they provided us with.”

It took a good couple of hours to sort out but he did not give up and was so helpful. O2 are very lucky to have him as their employee. His knowledge was great too.”
