Was great 10 years ago. Now worse than a normal bank. Crap opening hours. Staff are ignorant and always changing. 1 star for the onebanx machine that is better than the staff.

Staff dont know there own company policy was misinformed three times. Manager tried to fob me off. Sat waiting for a while no bothered to come see me. I would advise people to pick a different bank like barclays

amazing customer service i had with a wonderful staff member called Hifza. She assisted me and my twin into upgrading our cash account. She was really kind and sweet and made the processes quick and easy. Thank you so much Hifza for helping us you were really kind and helpful. :))
