“We visited the Milton Keynes Winterhill store today and the service was outstanding. Alissa greated us when we came into the shop, listened to our needs and helped us narrow it down to a couple of mattresses. She was very knowledgeable and didn't put any pressure on us to purchase items quickly. We came back the same afternoon and Alissa helped us with our purchase. She was polite and a real asset to the team. Thanks so much.”

“The staff at Old Stratford are great and more than a little helpful. Trudy, Debbie, Dan and the rest of the team. The rooms are clean and comfortable i should I've been in one for over 10 months. The local are is a good base for exploration.”

“I like IKEA and enjoy looking at the different room settings for ideas. The pc’s they have available with their storage design software is great and easy to use, and makes the process of buying what you need easy.I would enjoy it a lot more if people kept better control over their children, rather than letting the climb over the furniture, slam drawers and run around like feral animals.”

“Nice location. VERY friendly receptionist allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Room has been recently refurbished to a high standard with enormous TV. Very handy for Theatre (15min walk)”

“Free parking outside for up to three hours.Toilets inside.A cafe.One of the largest dunelms I've actually seen.Very clean and tidy inside with plenty of staff.Till service was fast and efficient with plenty of space for everyone.My only criticism is that the cafe staff don't actually seem to want to be there.I was stood there for so long ignored, I wondered if I should serve myself to food....Still, everyone has a bad day, so I hope next time will be better.... !”

“Stayed here a few times, very nice and friendly. Just been refurbed so is spick & span. We were on the ground floor, definitely need nets up the windows, was like being in a goldfish bowl, we were in the front, people walking past all of the time.Rooms: Need net curtains!!!”

“Quite a comfortable Travelogue in the middle of town. We had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful too. I had some minor problems getting into the room as the key was faulty but a member of staff was quickly on hand to sort it out. All in all, an enjoyable stay.”
