We stayed for 6 nights in this branch of Holiday Inn for my 27th birthday and through Christmas.21st- Ed at the bar was lovely, very clear and professional, and seems like he has received sufficient training. Lala was brilliant whilst serving a large table of me and my friends! A great experience all round and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to come here, will be coming back for certain!

The staff were terrific. The breakfast was excellent. A problem was dealt with straightaway and resolved to my complete satisfaction. A great hotel, we will be back!
