Stayed here for business. Asked for quiet room and Isaac on reception was excellent giving me room 932 on the ninth floor. Nice views and quiet’s.
The staff in the exhibition room were also excellent setting up and catering through the day.

Receptionists weren't really welcoming. One them gave me so much attitude, i was waiting to check in and he gave me the dirtiest look ever like I was a freeloader. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

We had a great experience and got excellent service from Johnny, I made a mistake with my booking and with johnny help it was resolved quickly and as a result our stay was amazing.
