Firstly, as with all Apple stores this is very busy! We went in to buy two Watches and were standing around a while before I grabbed the attention of one of the few staff members, who informed me I needed to join a virtual queue via another specific staff member. That was a bit annoying. Quite a lot of people in the reviews complaining about the same thing. I think it?s a good system if you know about it! (No signage!)Anyway, we got in the queue, had to wait an hour so did some other shopping and met up with Robert for our slot. Robert was amazing from the get go. My partner wanted a Watch but didn?t know what colour or band she wanted. Robert showed her everything she was interested in and sized up her wrist too. We didn?t feel rushed or pressured; it was fantastic.To save time, I had ordered a Watch for pickup whilst we were waiting for our slot. I picked it up 10 mins before our slot. Once we?d spoken to Robert I changed my mind about the Watch I collected and he sorted out a swap to a different colour absolutely no problem at all!On another visit I went in to the Genius Bar about a broken key on my then new iPad Pro Magic Keyboard. They just swapped it out for a brand new one and I was out of the store in under ten minutes.A fantastic shopping experience, as long as you play the virtual queue game!Feedback: the shop floor is very overwhelmingly loud and may not be comfortable for neurodiverse individuals struggling with sensory overstimulation. There also aren?t many staff members and no signage about the virtual queue.

Outright appalled with Apple. Went into their store to the Genius Bar today to diagnose my AirPods Pro issue, which after researching is in fact a manufacturing issue with products made before 2020.Since it?s a manufacturers issue I half expected them to replace the pods - or give a discounted price for replacement. Instead I get told that it?s £89 per pod to replace them? it?s ridiculous! If the person didn?t create the issue then why should they be expected to then pay to resolve it?For those wondering the issue is constant static noise in both the right and left pods, and upon looking it up you can find the apple article on what I?m talking about.Complete waste of time. Dont buy apple products!

28/12/23, Milton Keynes Apple Store/ 4.pm. Naturally, high pitches voice. Went in for a repair job. I was bullied and refused service by two ladies because ?tone of voice too high?, very unprofessional, very unfriendly, very rude . I intend to take this complaint further, even to head office California USA.

Went in to the MK Apple store at Midsummer Place Shopping Centre. The worst experience of my entire life buying anything! Went in saying that i would like to trade in my old iphone and buy the iphone 15 Pro on a 24 months finance. Explained that if i could not trade in my old phone i would like to put a deposit down to make the monthly payment as low as possible. I was initially served by Hull. He didn't explain what he was doing (A CREDIT CHECK and APPLYING FOR A LOAN) which he should have! He simply asked me to type in my full name and personal details. Half way i asked, how does it work, how much can i pay upfront in order to make monthly payments as low as possible? He responded oh it is too late now, i have initiated the process and i can't go back. I then reinforced, what do you mean? I walked in saying what i was looking for. Hull just carried on pressing confirm and next and i said hey, you haven't given me the opportunity to make the payment, i want to make an upfront payment. He then went to ask a colleague for help. Jordan! he premised me that i could make any payment towards the loan at any time once i have the phone. He said i could simply contact the loan provider (they didn't even explain who it was with) and make any payment, readjust the monthly payment and length of the loan. I asked to cancel everting as i dint's think it would be that easy and i didn't like the fact that no one not even asked me how much i would like to pay upfront. Jordan gave me his world that it would be super simple to do this and convinced/forced me to keep the loan and the phone. Hull then took me upstairs to get the new phone and left me with Janmeet. I then asked Janmeet about the loan and he said that i couldn't do what Jordan said. I then asked to cancel everything as this was not what i asked for and wanted. Janmeet then spoke to other two colleagues and asked me to speak with Wanessa, who i explained once again everything what happened and she called Barclays to double check the information as in between 5 staff members they were not sure of the product they are selling their customers on a daily basis! Barclays then confirmed that i could not change the monthly payments but i could put a payment towards the loan to reduce the length of the loan. I once again said, in that case, please cancel everything i don't want to pay over £40 per month on a phone. Janmeet suggested me that he would instead apply for another loan with the lower payment and upfront payment as i was looking for and he would cancel the loan that Hull did for me. I said, okay, let's try that because at that point i had already spent over 2 hours and was about to walk out without a phone. The loan was approved and Janmeet was very helpful in regards to assisting me to trade in my old phone (something that Hull was not able to do) and also very friendly with assisting me to set up my new phone. After 4 hours in the shop i now have the Iphone 15 Pro which i don't even want to look at because of the terrible experience i had at the Apple store. For sure i will never again be going back to any Apple store! Oh! this morning i woke up with messages from the loan provider (Barclays) saying that i have TWO loans with them. I now will need to spend more time to explain that i only took home one phone and one loan was meant to be cancelled... Shame on customer services is an understatement!

They successfully managed to mess me around on three separate occasions, quoted one price then wanted to charge double in the space of 20 mins. I can see from the reviews that I'm not the only person that will never set foot in that store again.

Although I'm no great fan of Apple,bi have to say the experience here was pretty good. Picked up an iPhone 15 plus for my son, and the service provided by Ayesha was good.

I think this is my first negative review I have ever done on google. I don?t like doing it but I write it to warn people to go to a better store if using the upstairs Genius Bar. The manager upstairs is very poor, refused to help me with a problem with a new iPhone 15 pro max as they claimed it was in a beta ios. I subsequently realised I could return the phone as it was within 10 days of purchase. They did not let me know this information and I was left unhelped and unsupported. I didn?t like their attitude and the way they tried to edge me out of the door. I am a loyal Apple customer and will never go back to the store. In short customer service is very poor.

very friendly staff, waiting time is usually not to long. I?ve purchased from this particular store many times and there has never been any problems in buying or returning products.

No value for booking appointment time. Not at all punctual. Got appointment at 11.10am I was been there on time but Keep me waited long to ask me have you got an appointment. After that they told me to collect the phone after repair collection time 13.15, again I was been there on time and no one attended till 13.45. Very unattentive and lazy staff.

I had an issue with a phone that needed to be returned. The manager James was super helpful and understanding. He sorted the issue for me even when a different manager in store was reluctant. Thank you James!

My 1yo iPhone's screen failed on the night before I was due to urgently travel abroad. Guys at Apple Store booked me in the same evening and fixed the phone despite fire alarm that made the entire MK Centre evacuated! The team found me and handed over fixed phone minutes after fire services gave a green light to enter premises. Much appreciated all help and effort!
