had to wait ages, they served people who came in after me. And yes i do have an appointment they just don?t care and have been staring at me giving me dirty looks while they serve the person who walked in at least 10 mins after i came in.

Was told by Apple Support UK that this store would be able to service and repair my device. I had to take leave and drive for an hour to get there. When I got there, they told me that parts were no longer available, so they could not repair my device. Not only did Apple Support lie to me, but why couldn't they have told me this in advance? Oh wait, because this store does not answer their phone either.

Went in to browse for a iPad, didn?t really know what to look for! Ziana was an amazing help and talked me through the differences of my two preferred models as well as accessories. She was wonderful and hope you to see her in store again once I?ve made my decision! 11/10

I recently purchased the iPhone 16 at the Apple Store and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff member, Ivan, was incredibly friendly, funny, and exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He was genuinely excited to showcase Apple's latest innovation, Apple Intelligence, and I was thrilled to have the beta version installed on my new device.

Had a screen issue with my 15 pro so booked appointment for 1pm staff were polite and very efficient took the phone in and by 4pm the same day it?s was fixed and back with me and all under warranty.all round excellent service by all involved ?

Terrible experience!
Lazy staff talking amongst themselves, while potential customers are told to wait.
When I asked why, I was sarcastically told that it was my fault for coming in at a busy time.
So I left 30 minutes later without purchasing a MacBook Pro.
The manager should get another job, not selling hot cakes.
Perhaps at a scrapyard?

I am very upset I drove here for an hour and a half they still have an hour before closing the store is full of people and workers and they tell me that they can't sign me up (booking) to help me there are holidays coming up I am stuck with a broken phone now I will have to buy a Samsung thank you

I received no help with changing from my old phone to my new apple phone simply because I hadnt purchased it in an apple store.This is an unacceptable rule which management should review.
