I ordered two items online, I reviewed an empty padded envelope through my letterbox. Company insists they sent the goods in a “box” and Royal Mail delivered. They have refused to refund and I am left without the goods or my money refunded.

Ordered a perfume for collection and paid extra for it to be gift wrapped including personalised ribbon. I collect from the store and realise they have not gift wrapped or personalised it and despite charging extra for this on the order confirmation, it was not included as a separate line item.
