Appalled by the service. The manager of the store happily let one of his staff members who was not on shift at the time charge at me and my two little girls (WHO ARE 3 & 4) for a having a scooter in the store. Great to have a large local New Look. Plenty of staff to ask for help and a tidy store too which isn’t always the case elsewhere. Poppy helped my niece with finding shoes and ended up buying her 2!
