Currently here, we came in. To one person on the counter and there were no advisors at the entrance to greet customers. They sent my grandma round in circles. Very poor customer service. I went there yesterday to pay a water bill as the Lloyds Bank branch was closed. Halifax is part of the Lloyds group and was told I can go to Halifax to do some bank transactions.
