“This is Chesham's only independent high street pharmacy.This isn't just a pharmacy, this is a family - which don't take shortcuts in making you feel like a member.I suffer detrimentally with severe mental health impairments. A thing as simple as collecting my medication can be as overwhelming as travelling to a different country for the average person.I had _never_ had a good and healthy relationship with a pharmacy before I moved to FMY almost two years ago. Prescriptions half fulfilled, medication out of stock, irritable pharmacists, ignored phone line, no contact with GP's, a lack of empathy, are just a few hurdles that I have had to jump over with other pharmacists.On one prescription , I have 10 different medications for two weeks to fill (at least a 30min job). FMY have never ever let me down.I am very emotionally invested in this review because of how they have changed my life.FMY remember my name, my weekend plans, my birthday, and always ask 'how I am' with full sincerity.They understand how overwhelming it is for poorly people to battle with medication blunders and bend over backwards to iron any out, and take the stress off your hands.Such beautiful people, Chesham are lucky to be in their care.Thank you, FMY.”
